Smiles By Bis is the creation of Dr. Agatha Bis. This Oakville based dentist specializes in Cosmetic, Holistic and Family Dentistry.
Dr. Bis is passionate about her business and a true entrepreneur. As a dentist and clinic owner, she has prioritized continually updating her training and education in order to offer her clients the absolute best in oral care and service.
The Challenge
Smiles by Bis approached CM2 Media with the need to grow their business from the standpoint of lead generation and elevating their brand in Oakville.

After conducting a thorough needs analysis, CM2 recommended a plan that included:

Our plan began with the website refresh. Our team produced a mobile friendly, easy to navigate website that converts with many different client interactions. Content was all custom developed by our team and included detailed descriptions of Dr. Bis’ Holistic, Cosmetic, and Family services.
Video plays a key role in lead generation and conversion as it’s featured throughout the website as well as in social media and search marketing. It has allowed Smiles By Bis to truly convey their culture and the expertise they offer.
Through the use of ongoing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Social Media marketing, Dr. Bis has achieved higher organic rankings on Google, more website visits, and more engagement among her community through likes, follows and comments. And, ongoing conversations with Dr. Bis have generated new blog topics and ideas for video content. We stay ahead because of the communication and transparency we have with Dr.Bis and her team.
The Results
Initial results included four new leads in the first month but Dr.Bis and team stayed the course and now receives leads in the hundreds, monthly. Social media metrics and video views continue to rise, as do the amount of cosmetic, holistic, and family dentistry bookings through her website and Google My Business page. Our keywords strategy for Smiles By Bis has, alone, generated thousands of new customer leads.
Her effective use of digital marketing and strong brand presence has elevated Smiles By Bis to a dental authority in Oakville.

What started out as a call for a small marketing plan has turned into a long-standing, productive relationship. Dr. Bis is a go-getter that knows her stuff and has been a great, collaborative partner. We look forward to continuing working with Dr. Bis to build her business in Oakville.
