From start to finish the CM2 Media team took care of every element needed to produce a top level training program.

The new program is designed to train you for Adventure Races like Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder, Mud Hero and Spartan.
Fit4Adventure founders, Tracey Carley and Karen Duff, have drawn upon years of education and experience to bring you AdventureUP, a complete training package to take wherever you workout.

Adventure Up is a downloadable 12 week training program to kick your individual training into high gear. In home (no equipment required) and/or gym designed sessions to assist you in getting attainable results you demand. Whether you are training for your first Warrior Dash, Mud Hero, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder or to improve a previous performance ADVENTUREUP will get you there.
